Made a video, Hope you enjoy!

Fatal Error File D etc

Played this for a 3 free indie horrors and i gotta say, it's pretty bad... I give and in-depth review at the end of my video.

Cool game. The graphics are very nice. You may want to have the monster go a little further through the house. Especially if it has a default pattern.

18:37. Tried it enjoyed and definitely continuing later down the line.

Gave it a go...

I had a lot fun playing this. I may sound frustrated a bit, the doors not opening started to really get to me. May I offer a suggestion on this or any other horror survival game in the future, where you have to run from the creature/monster chasing you, have a hiding spot(popular spots are wardrobes, under beds, and lockers). Love the creepy vibe, I really felt like I was back in the medieval days.

Really cool graphics!.The creepy factor is bang on. See what happebs next.

Really nice game indeed! I enjoyed the gameplay and the creepy atmosphere! nice work! Have you considered participating in our GDWC #gamedev contest? Check out our itch.io page for more info :)

Is this a demo or is it complete? and will it have a language in Spanish?

first, i really do appericate you taking your time to email lol But the game has a lot bugs and i feel peeps pretty much covered the same problem as i!
doors, just... so frustrating to open those. Sometimes they open, sometimes they don't. i feel walking should be more punishable verus the slow stepping because the point is avoid sound to trigger the monster! made it almost no point to tip toe if walking around did the same result! but i did enjoy the game just the door and near end game made the almost unplayable! once you fix the bugs let me know and ill take another wack at it! you peeps have mad talent so i cant wait for this game to advance beyond!

love the video :) thanks for playing! (jess - background music)

no problem! you peeps have mad talent! let me know once you fix some of the know bugs and ill take another wack at it!

muy chulo, espero ver algo mas en el futuro!!!

Brutal experiencia de joc!

Ambient asfixiant molt aconsseguit i secuencia de joc molt elaborada.

me ha molado el juego pero las puertas son jo 70

Thanks for asking me to make a video and here it is!
I really like the game, really atmospheric and the enemy were so creepydeepy. That breathing! Goddamn. Also I like how those shadows/lights works. It's enough dark that it's creepy but you can still see something. btw that was quite funny that we carry a candle where isn't even fire lol.
But about the things what I would recommend to fix:

1. doors, just... so frustrating to open those. Sometimes they open, sometimes they don't.
2. If you leave notes near to enemy, I would love to read them, but I get instantly killed. Didn't read then.
3. the echo thing was bit useless at this point.

Thank you very much for the feedback we will have in mind for the next, we have been told a lot about the problem with the doors and it will be the first thing we will fix.

Cryphic needs to play this, bc i am interested in it. And i am a superior beeing that likes to watch people play scary games.

Hi Blackhelmet_Games, thank you for asking me to play your game. I have actually quite enjoyed playing it & have some thoughts which I have commented on at the end of the video.

The Good:
Great atmosphere, sound & lighting. The game does a good job at bringing you into it's world & it is very detailed where it needs to be.

The creature is cool & quite different from other Survival Horror games I have played & fits the theme nicely. Good to see it's NOT just an asset flip & this was a design by your team.

A good amount of Lore to find in terms of notes & extra bits of back story to give the player context.

Areas of improvement:
The creature follows a very linear path & it would be good to see it deviate from this in a future update. This will keep the player on his/her toes & allow for more varied gameplay.

Echo location wasn't needed at all so if you can think of something else to use it for that would be great.

No conclusion at the end. I thought we were looking for Levana? All we did was run away? Again, I know this is in beta but some form of context is needed otherwise the player has endured the struggle for nothing.

Doors, a single click to open instead of holding down the mouse button.

The key at the end of the game in the box is very difficult to take, you have to be in a very awkward angle to get it.

Candle that you carry needs a flame attached.

Overall:
Really enjoyed the game & can't wait to see your next update. Please keep up the good work & I look forward to speaking with you soon. Enjoy the video.

Thank you very much for playing and all this feedback we will look carefully and for the next version we will apply everything.
The version that is available for download right now is so you can try how it will be played and a little lore.
The house will be similar but will have some changes, and you can leave it by accessing other areas to complet the story.
It will have many fixes like the problem of doors and some bugs of artificial intelligence.
With this version we wanted to express that the whole game will be around that enemies are deaf and how to make noise can help you disorient them but making noise can also kill you.

Thank you very much for playing the game and for all the feedback

very much appreciated ^-^

i liked atmosphere and effects, the hard part  was to open door.. when i ever try to enter or exit it close to fast automatic. and sometime the chaser guy stuck front of the door so i had to wait around 3 mins in a room. alot of fps drop but still liked the game :) i know its beta but just mentioned, the door was the boss fight to me xD

(lets play in japanese)

Thank you very much for playing and greetings from Barcelona ^^.We are aware of the problem of the door and we work on it so that the next version is perfect.

Thank you very much for playing and for the feedback <3

I gave the game a shot and it is fairly interesting at least. Only downside is that once you somewhat understand the house layout, there's almost no reason to use the echolocation. I'd like to see more uses for the echolocation beyond just outlining items and such.

Here's my channel for other games I have played http://www.youtube.com/c/Levont

Thank you very much for playing and for the feedback, we plan to use the echolocation for more elements ^ - ^.Thank you very much <3
